There is just one modification that needs to be made to install the EcoHitch Stealth Trailer Hitch Receiver part # 306-X7373 on your 2020 Tesla Model 3. You will have to open up the hole to allow the receiver portion to be inserted. The hole panel is already there on the models 2019 and newer, so you are not technically cutting. The newer models has a hitch knockout panel under the rear bumper which is where the receiver tube will exit so no cutting or drilling will be required for this step. While the # 119250KIT does need to attach directly to the positive post of a vehicle battery it does not draw any amperage unless there's a trailer connected to it so you do not need to worry about this draining the vehicle batteries when not towing.
